Carbon nanotubes as a suitable material for electrochemical sensor used in voltammetric determinations of titanium

Abstract We report the use of carbon nanotubes as a material for preparation an electrochemical sensor that acts substrate film metal electrodes used in stripping voltammetry. The is based on mixture multiwall nanotubes, glassy spherical powder, and epoxy resin. properly selected composition made it possible to obtain new substrate, competitive relation carbon, creating electrodes. In this work, proposed was determine trace amounts Ti(IV) lead electrode. Measurements were carried out with situ mode acetate buffer by adsorption voltammetry cupferron complexing agent. Linear response ions concentration range 7 × 10 –10 –7 –8 mol L −1 limit detection (LODs) 2.4 obtained, respectively.
